“Education development centre” (EDC) in September 2018, starts the Latvian language courses in which you have a possibility to learn the Latvian language free of charge learning it together with others in a group three times a week and acquiring the Latvian language programme (120 hours).  Apply to courses by writing an e-mail: iac@latnet.lv!
